	Visit a AquaTex practice and talk to the staff about our program. You may join us for a free practice before joining. See Schedule
	Turn in registration form along with the following fees:first month's coaching fees and your USA or USMA membership fees. First Month's Coaching Fees - see fee schedule for your group Team Registration Fee - $50 2011-12 USA Membership Fee $68 or USMA Membership Fee - $35
	Swimmers joining USA Swimming for the first time MUST show a copy of their birth certificate.
