| Splashers |
Intended for swimmers that swam summer league and
want to continue to learn proper stroke technique but are only able to attend
practices twice a week. |
| Novice |
Swimmers will learn proper stroke technique. Basic
progression begins with freestyle and backstroke, advancing to breaststroke and
butterfly, emphasizing proper stroke technique, stroke drills and turns.
Prerequisites: Must be able to swim 20 yards freestyle. |
| Junior |
Introduces the more experienced and dedicated age
group swimmers to interval training, emphasizing proper stroke technique,
stroke drills and turns. Prerequisites: Perform all four competitive
strokes legally. |
| Middle School |
Designed for the middle school swimmer. Practice
times allow swimmer to practice immediately after school and be home in time
for dinner and homework. |
| High School |
High school swimmers are able to train following
the high school day and finish in time to manage other activities. This group
will emphasize proper stroke technique and racing to compliment their high
school training. |
| Senior |
For the advanced swimmer emphasizing overall
conditioning, detailed stroke technique as well as focusing on goal setting and
mental preparation for reaching the state/national level of swimming. Must
have coach's approval to be admitted into this group. |
| Master |
Adults 18 and over, of all abilities, are welcome.
